Shipping costs

For orders over 50.00 Euro in Germany, there is no charge for shipping.
The weight for all foreign shipments may not exceed 5 kilograms. In such cases, please contact the publisher.
For shipping charges, the rates of the German Post (DHL) apply, plus a packaging fee of 0.50 EUR and the VAT for the EU countries.

Further costs for customers from non-EU countries such as customs and the customary sales tax are charged to the customer.
Please read the cancellation policy in AGB, paragraph 3.

Important: please be sure to contact us and make arrangements for returns ahead of time. Grete Häusler GmbH will not accept any returns not approved beforehand.
